While we aim to meet all delivery expectations, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Ace of Aromas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence will be required.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. After that time, cancellations cannot be accepted, as orders are processed by our suppliers.
