We take pride in delivering high-quality coffee. However, as coffee is a perishable item, please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Change of Mind Purchases
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 31 days of purchase, provided the package is unopened and in it’s original condition.
To initiate a return, please ensure the following:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 31 days from the date of purchase.
You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Once you’ve met these conditions, please contact us, and we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please note that any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange (as per your preference). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original, unopened condition.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong Item Received: In the rare event you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order details, and we’ll promptly send the correct product or issue a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Opened Packaging: Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for products where the packaging has been opened.
Clearance or Promotional Items: Items marked as final sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund: Contact us via email at info@aceofaromas.com or through our website at www.aceofaromas.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Timeframe for Refunds: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Return Costs: If a return is requested for a damaged or defective item, Ace of Aromas will cover the return shipping costs. For any other return enquiries, please contact us for further details.
Return Address: Returns may need to be sent directly to our supplier. We’ll provide details if a return is necessary.
5. Replacement Options
